To open an account we will need 3 simple things:
A signed Lélexo Account Information Form.
A photocopy of an up-to-date professional license.
A photocopy of a legitimate identification.

Why we ask for legitimate identification:
It’s simple, this is to ensure no one else is using your license. Examples of legitimate forms of identification can be, a state driver’s license or identification card, a passport, etc.

Obtain Your Online Login and Password
Upon opening your account, you will be given a username and password to gain access to the professional section of the website, exclusive only to professionals. In this section, you will be exposed to webinars, articles and have the ability to place your product order. Your account must be in good standing and have a valid e-mail address to be eligible.

Internet Sales
Due to the brand recognition that Lélexo has for being an exclusive line, online selling of Lélexo products is prohibited.
Selling Lélexo online is a violation and the account will be suspended.

International Sales

Back Orders
Lélexo will only charge for product that is in stock and does not back order.

Ways To Pay
Orders can be paid by Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Should your payment decline, someone from the Sales Support department will contact you.

Shipping
Lélexo can ship your product order the same day using ground, 3 day, 2 day, or overnight if the order is placed before 2:00 pm EST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

Get Free Shipping
Orders over $1000 will receive Free Fedex ground shipping in the Continental United States (Except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam.) If you request to ship that order 3 day, 2 day, or overnight, additional shipping charges will apply.

Was your Shipment damaged?
Please call Lélexo within 48 hours from your delivery date with your findings and a replacement of the damaged products will be sent. Please keep the original box and damaged products and wait for further instructions from the Lélexo Customer Service department.

Product Defect
Call the Lélexo Customer Service department with an explanation of the product. Once the product is received, it will be tested.
Upon the findings, Lelexo will notify and give you instructions on how to proceed.

Customer Returns
You will receive a Lélexo credit for a customer return, with the sales receipt and the customer’s explanation of why they wanted to return the product. The credit will be for the wholesale price only.

We communicate through E-Mail
Lélexo uses e-mail as the primary means of communication. Make sure we have your current e-mail address in order for you to receive the latest news, promotions, media, conferences, articles and contests.
